Hi, I’m Alisha Edwards, a Lead UX Designer specializing in human-centered digital experiences across complex enterprise platforms. I balance hands-on design execution with strategic leadership, bringing deep expertise in user research, accessibility, and systems thinking to create intuitive, scalable solutions that drive both user satisfaction and business outcomes.

At CVS Health, I currently lead and contribute to the My Active Health wellness platform, partnering closely with product, engineering, and business to shape end-to-end member journeys. I design and guide experiences across health pathways, assessments, progress tracking, and engagement features, prioritizing work based on business goals, technical feasibility, and user impact. I remain deeply involved in UX strategy, interaction design, and system-level thinking while supporting and mentoring designers on the team.

Previously, I led the Digital Pulse Design System team at CVS Health, where I drove the strategy, governance, and evolution of the enterprise design system used by hundreds of designers across multiple product lines. I partnered with engineering and leadership to build scalable component libraries, accessible patterns, and a robust token architecture that improved consistency, efficiency, and quality across the organization.

Before CVS Health, I led UX research and designed end-to-end SaaS experiences at Bottomline Technologies for the Legal Spend Management platform, working in agile environments to align user needs with business objectives. At Liberty Mutual, I helped establish user-centered design practices across cross-journey initiatives, collaborating closely with Brand, Marketing, and Digital teams, while leading research efforts including persona development, journey mapping, usability testing, and accessibility validation.
