Alisha Edwards

With more than 13 years in the design field, I am adept in strategic and conceptual design, user research, effective collaboration, and communication which are key in creating successful products. I have prided my ability to offer impactful creative design solutions in the print and web spaces to support business and customer objectives for a better user experience.

I work as a Senior Product Designer at Liberty Mutual in addition to freelance design and development. Some of my notable successes in this role include the new GRM Digital Logo, which had won as part of a team wide contest among 26 other applicants and 184 votes, as well as the newly designed policy dashboard and documents center which provides users with confidence in understanding their coverages and locating their policy documents through self service.

Alongside my work experience, I am working to complete the User Experience Certificate program at Bentley University, for which I am halfway through. I have earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth as well as a Diploma and Web Design Certificate from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School. Throughout my career, I have always been eager to develop and expand my creative talent by attending UX conferences, trainings, and webinars, reading design publications, and learning from my peers.
