Best Practices
Successful design should have a clear purpose, and fulfill a specific user need in the most effective way possible. Simplicity is important – remove all the clutter from design until it breaks.
Process
I utilize a framework for innovation that includes defining the problem and why it’s important through research, observation, and understanding to create a point of view. Next is brainstorming, ideation, prototyping and testing, presenting outputs and reflecting on learnings.
